You may return your product to us within 14 days, if this is needed then please contact us via email and request a returns form. We reserve the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee to cover fee’s, time and packaging costs
Custom made products can only be returned for a full refund if faulty, if they are returned for any other reason they will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. All Slide Motorsport branded products are considered ‘custom made’ and therefore cannot be returned under the distance selling act.
The buyer is always responsible for the return postage. If you change your mind about an item then the buyer is also responsible for the initial postage cost. If for any reason it is agreed that Slide Motorsport will pay for postage then the maximum paid will be equal to the initial postage cost.
Returned items must land with us in unused and in the same condition they were sent. We may charge a restocking fee of up to 25%. If items return to us not in the conditions sent then we reserve the right to withhold all or part of the refund payment. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Upon receipt of the product we will check the contents and if happy aim to have a credit into the account used for payment within 10 working days. If anything is missing then we will deduct this from the credit.
